Herschell Gordon Lewis was searching for a co-feature to go along with his Moonshine Mountain film and bought an unfinished sci-fi film called "Terror at Halfday." He added some narration and new scenes which is considered by many to be one of the worst films ever made. It features Henry Height (the tallest man in the world) as an astronaut who returns to Earth as a mutated giant on a savage rampage through the countryside.
